We offer an outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutrition/weight loss planning and motivational training. You will have fun, be inspired and get into great shape. 6pm class times are available to accomodate for most all work schedules.
Every workout will be a challenge but, NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Our goal is to safely and effectively challenge you more and more each day. Through progressive increases in aerobic and physical activities, you'll be amazed at the progress you will make in a month!
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. You will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

Expected results when you complete camp are:
- 3-5% reduction in body fat,
- greatly improved posture,

How often will we meet?
There are several options available. As with all exercise programs, you get out what you put into it! 1, 2 &3 day class schedules are available. All classes are currently at 6pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday mornings at 10am.
When does the next Boot Camp Start?
Classes are currently forming and depending on your fitness level, most people are able to start at anytime.
What do I need to bring?
A great attitude, exercise mat, one to two sets of hand weights (5, 8 or 10 lbs depending on your level), water bottle and running shoes.
What is the cost (investment in YOU)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $60 for up to 16 hours of instruction with two certified personal trainers! That's just $3.75 per hour. Where else can you get fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $40 to $80 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
Other Payment Plans/Options:
You can choose a package of 8 workout sessions for $79...that is a savings of $20 off the full program.
You can also choose a package 4 workout sessions for $49...a savings of $50 off the full program.
Note: Greater results occur when you enroll in the full 4-day-per-week program.
